I introduce myself

I have been working for Grands Moulins de Paris in the Languedoc-Roussillon region for 4 years. My aim is to offer artisan bakers solutions that boost their turnover. The bakery market is changing. We need to adapt to consumer demand.

My job at Grands Moulins de Paris involves: 

Helping artisan bakers to grow their turnover thanks to our products and solutions (marketing, shop fronts, store design, and brands, etc.) in close collaboration with the commercial teams and head office.

What I love about my job:

I love taking charge of a professional project from start to finish. That is to say, working hand-in-hand with the artisan and the sales team to help them set up their project to renovate their shop front, redesign the bakery, merchandising, or training.
