My job at Grands Moulins de Paris involves:
My job is to profitably increase our market share, either by growing business with existing customers, or by developing new manufacturers in my sector.
To do this, I work hand in hand with the mills and head office. This requires real teamwork, and you must be able to rely on other departments: production, quality, purchasing, legal, etc.
What I love about my job:
It's a job where you need to be versatile. I meet buyers with whom I need to negotiate flour prices, specifications, and partnership agreements. You also need to advise them on developments on the wheat market, flour quality and, of course, support their growth projects.
I have learned a lot in a year, and it's not finished.
