I introduce myself

Last September in 2015, I started my thrd year with Grands Moulins de Paris. I'm now working for the promotions and sales tools team, where I help to improve commercial efficiency by developing new tools for our sales force. I just delivered a new CRM solution for iPad to our 350 salespeople.

My job at Grands Moulins de Paris involves: 

I am completing the handover of the sales tools project to my successor. Now I am handling the future tool aimed at helping artisan bakers enter the digital age! This will take the form of a website that will allow them to live the Grands Moulins de Paris experience fully! The existing Espace Pro website already enables them to view their delivery slips and invoices as well as paying outstanding invoices. A number of other functions will also be added to this website.

What I love about my job:

The lack of routine, the diversity of projects, coordinating them and delivering new tools and new solutions. The next fascinating challenge will be to bring our customers into the digital world!

What I'm most proud of during my time at Grands Moulins de Paris:

To have been part of bringing the sales force into this new digital era, with simple tools and a modern tablet.
