I introduce myself

My adventure with Grands Moulins de Paris started in November of 2013. At the time, I was a young graduate working as project manager in Briare. In March 2015, I was transferred to head office and I took on the role of quality coordinator for frozen products (Les Recettes de mon Moulin).

My job at Grands Moulins de Paris involves: 

I manage various aspects of product quality every day: customer complaints, labelling, and following up suppliers. I also coordinate communication on quality-related issues between different departments.

What I love about my job:

The diversity of subjects and people I work with. When people think about quality, they often think there is a routine, but every day is very different. In the event of a major quality problem on a product you need to be quick to react but always keep customer satisfaction in mind!

What I'm most proud of during my time at Grands Moulins de Paris:

If I think back to my beginnings, it was being actively involved in ensuring Briare integrated the group well, both from an IT and technical standpoint, as well as in terms of people.

Nowadays, I am proud of the positive feedback from Grands Moulins de Paris employees on the quality of our Les Recettes de mon Moulin products.
