My job at Grands Moulins de Paris involves:
I manage the Francine range of consumer mixes and yeasts, dealing with innovation, communication, monitoring sales, packaging, etc.
What I love about my job:
I have developed a passion for flour. I find that it's a noble product - even a little "magical" - which we can do so much with!
What I'm most proud of during my time at Grands Moulins de Paris:
I learned how to make bread!
And most of all, I am proud to have worked on every market: artisan bakery, industry, export, in-store bakery…and now Francine! I like to see myself as a link between the different segments :-)

That's a difficult question as I have worked on many of them since I arrived… and everyone knows that product managers love all their products! Let's just say that I am particularly fond of the Campaillette Grand Siècle; as well as all the Francine innovations to come of course!
